Suffering of Christians

In March 2013 300 protestors burnt and looted 178 Christian homes and businesses

Personal possessions were taken on to the street and destroyed/ burnt

Many livelihoods were gone and families made destitute

Christians provided tents for the homeless

I visited to distribute things and encourage the people

Here I am helping to put up a tent

Healing and Transformation

I have been so blessed that so many people lives have been changed by the love of God since I returned to Lahore. For example before I was not so interested in the prayer for healing ministry. But when I went to Pakistan I was surprised that when I prayed for people many of them were healed. This man below had been in bed for 6 months unable to walk, even to the bathroom. I went to his house and prayed for him and he came out to walk in the streets. People were so surprised!!

Once at  a crusade where I was invited,a mother brought her 12 year old son to the front. Both knees had been locked since he was born. This meant he could not walk or sit properly. I said to her that Jesus was going to heal him now. My father was standing behind me supporting me. When he heard me say that, he said to himself, Don't say that Saleem! But when I pray the boy got healed at the same time and everybody was cheered up in the whole crusade. The my father was very excited and happy.

Pakistan churches are very traditional and religious, still trying to please God by law keeping and with their own righteousness. Because of that many people are not interested in going to church. Because of difficult circumstances many turn to alcohol and drugs.

This man below , Javed, used to be an alcoholic for many years. His whole family was in trouble because of his alcoholic habits. Since I started ministering to him, he found out the truth about God and the value of his family, he stopped drinking and gave his life to Jesus. I was on the computer to a friend with Javed and my friend said, "He looks very impressive. Is he a doctor or a lawyer?" I told my friend he was a street sweeper who had no education. His life had been really changed by Jesus. Javed was very encouraged that someone saw him like that..
Now he is coming to church with his whole family.

Passion for Young People

The Christian teenagers in Pakistan are really suffering. The future is bleak with no prospects of employment. the churches are very conservative which makes it hard for the teenagers to really hear the Gospel. They use drugs and hang out on the streets. I bring the Gospel to where they are and they receive it gladly.

The Future of Pakistan

Young Children are the future of Pakistan.

Many Christian children are uneducated and running round on the streets.

Every day Harvester Church takes in 25 children feeding and encouraging them and providing them with educational opportunities.

"Suffer the little Children to Come unto Me."

Mark 10:14

The birth of Harvester Church Lahore Pakistan

In November 2012  I returned to Pakistan after 10 years in South Africa.  I had attended and graduated from Rhema Bible College.

Life was good in South Africa and it was hard to think of going back to Pakistan. However God has His ways and He called me back especially to minister to the youth as I knew it was very hard for them there.

Right away I established the Harvester Church in Upper Mall Lahore .The Church has at present 50-70 people receiving the GOOD NEWS of God's Love forgiveness and salvation by Grace.

Some family history

This is my father. He is a man on fire for the Lord and helping in the ministry to build Jesus kingdom. He accepted Jesus when he was a young man. He only heard about Jesus but never have encounter with Him. He was looking for real Jesus.who heal people and set them free. The time come when Jesus become real in his life. My younger brother got sick and doctor say they can not help him. My father ask doctor give us one week we will come back. Soon my father came home. He told my mother, "We are going to pray and fast to ask God to heal our son". The whole church stand with us in prayer and fasting and God healed my brother!! From there on my father start growing in Christ day by day. He used to wake us children up at 4:00am in the morning to pray!

Early beginnings

In November 2013 Saleem Siddique left South Africa to return to Pakistan to minister the Gospel to the youth in that troubled country.

In South Africa he had been ministering in schools in a township called Diepsloot.

He went by faith to Pakistan trusting God to open doors and provide his needs.

                                                                        This is his story.
